Chickadee Words is my own independent publishing company which I started in 2016. After my dad passed, I did some re-evaluating of my own life. I wanted to do something I'd always wanted to do: write children's books. But not just any kids books.

My books are well-written with characters that will exhibit positive role models with qualities that make people good friends, students, workers, and leaders in the future. The early reader chapter books express courage, thinking ahead, handling anger, flexibility, and trust. Emeline - A Journey demonstrates faith, determination, resilience, resourcefulness, hope, self-reliance, and joy.
